The current coronavirus outbreak is the biggest challenge

of measures, including restricting people's movements and closing most
businesses, to curb the spread of the virus. It’s unusual to stay at home for

yourself with healthy body and healthy mind. I got so many queries that which
foods are best for anxiety and for being slim for lifetime. I have only one
answer i.e courage to live disciplined life, power to control on five sense
organs and believe in yourselves.
