Nutritional Care in winters


Winters  is the season of many healthy food options vegetables rich in Iron and Folic acid and Fruits rich in antioxidants. Foods that have to be chosen by the way of individual health and lifestyle preferences must be the cause of good physiological and psychological health care. 

Children till the age of 12 years always prefer of varieties of colour and taste in their meals. The Variety in preparation must be there to create interest in homemade meals in between children. This is the most important period of growth and development in children. Parents must guide them on the value of the meals and meal timings. 

Adults - Nowadays, Many health-related issues acne blemishes, weight gain with other lifestyle problems are visible in adults. Major focus on seasonal fruits and vegetable broth, less oil in meals with high fibre food options must be helpful for adults.

Elderly- In winters, the elderly must be regular with health supplements. Morning and evening timings for meditation and in meals vegetable soup is very beneficial for them. Non-vegetarian must introduce chicken soup. Avoid raw vegetables and wheat for better results.

Some important points to remember:

Don't drink cinnamon,carom seeds, Methidana water regularly.
