Lock-down at home- Eat and stay healthy:
Prepare, serve and eat variety of foods. Do you often feel bloated after meal? Do you have trouble getting sleep? With unhealthy and untimely eating habits, sometime we do face trouble with getting quality sleep. Yoga pose which you can perform at any time of the day to rejuvenate your system with body shaping and good sleep.

Dog pose(Adho Mukha Svanasana)-This is one of the most popular yoga poses. This pose can be performed at any time of the day. However, this pose helps better bowel movement and affects the abdomen. Performing this asana is easy. Place your palms a little over shoulder-width apart. Keeping your toes tucked in; proceed to raise your hips. Your chest should move back along with the thighs. The knees should be bent. Remember that the hips should be high; keeping the sole grounded isn’t as important. Hold the position for around 10-15 seconds. Repeat.


Wind Relieving pose(pavana Muktasana)-This pose is designed to help rid you of bloating by making you break the wind. Thus, you must be performing this pose all alone. To perform, roll onto your back, inhale and hold your right knee against your chest. Begin rocking the knee side-to-side to massage your abdominal organs. Take a few deep breaths and switch legs and begin rocking the right knee. Repeat.

Omicron- Care and precautions

 A New Variant of Corona which is called omicron. Common symptoms are Dry cough, congestion and difficulty in breathing. We must not forget that With lungs, every individual got indigestion with infection inside the body.  Some precautions are: Use a face mask regularly  Avoid touch surfaces Be regular with hand sanitiser and Vitamin C supplement  If Vit D3 is less visible in reports then take vitD3 (1000 IU) daily than 60000IU Use omega-3 with Vit-D3 supplements for 15 days in early symptoms  In severe cases add Milk with ghee jaggery and carom seeds( roasted) for headache and to boost your immunity. Apply eucalyptus oil on the chest and back.  Don't eat khichdi rice during early symptoms and a severe case. Being a mom is a best gift. postpartum begins immediately after child birth. Health of the mother is very much important during pregnancy till lactation. At the time of pregnancy till lactation  mother is going through many physical and emotional changes because of so many hormonal changes during pregnancy and after delivery her body release new hormone(oxytocin) i.e for lactation.
