Cholesterol is present in every cell of the body and has important
natural functions when it comes to digesting foods, producing hormones, and
generating vitamin D. The body produces it naturally, but some foods also contain
cholesterol. It is waxy and fat-like in appearance.

omega-3, soluble fiber with multivitamin.
Gradual changes in lifestyle like Eat more veg-B, Fruits twice in a day.
Avoid bakery foods like rusk, biscuits (not even marie light), cakes,
sweet buns,excessive refined sugar, syrups, foods ( rich in preservatives).
Do yoga for 4 days in a week.Drink only 8 to 10 glasses of water including
all green tea or detox water.
