ADA (American Dietetic Association) has very much in
favor for vegetarian diets to cure many lifestyle diseases. Well-planned vegetarian diets are
appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle, including
pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, and adolescence, and for athletes.

rates of hypertension and type 2 diabetes than non-vegetarians.
