Follow four principles to remain happy and healthy in life –
Lifestyle, Proper Diet, Stress management, Exercise.
If we ignore
any two of these in schedule then it may lead to health disorders.
Lifestyle – some people are too focused for their career and work. This can make any person careless for
health and safety. Minimum two hours for recreational activities without mobile,
laptop or television. This can manage your life burden and polish your work too.
Proper Diet- Good food means good life. Choice of food
groups and follow the correct timings of meals is the purpose of every
dietitian to make every individual healthy.
Stress Management- Due to COVID-19, every individual is in stress.
Stress of extra work or stress of economic liabilities, stress of going
outside, stress of unhealthy neighbors etc. to manage this we can add some
lighthearted memories in it. Add music, meditation, movie, qualitative
dialogues, cooking, reading books etc.
Exercise- Boost your stamina with exercise, start your
day with light yoga or pranayam for good circulation and calorie management. Don’t
compromise foods in your life and add some lighter physical activities to
remain healthy and happy.
