True reality of today’s life based on the performance like in education, working, society acceptance, peer pressure, family responsibilities etc. But before doing any task, Can we do planning for the success? Lack of knowledge is the main reason for the Anxiety. Now during this pandemic, every individual is going through major changes in personal and professional life.

 What are the major actions we can take to deal with such circumstances?

Everything is the reason of our own causes as we all know but yes we can change the situation wherever we are by taking correct actions. Actions in personal level like from morning activities till sleep.

 we must plan our complete day according to our present health situation

Wake up time- when you wake up early in the morning. It can improve our sleep and even sleep timings also.

 Physical activity - Give some rest to your brain and do light exercise or yoga to welcome fresh ideas into your brain

 Foods- Fruits (Eat at day time only not at night) hot chocolate milk (once in a day) or coffee (small cup), seasonal vegetable (two times in a day), drink more water (not more than 2 litres), and Do Not eat pulses at night, Eat your dinner early, drink milk at day times only.

Stress management – Every present moment is a onetime investment. To spend time in Anxiety means to lose one more moment of opportunity to take wise decisions for betterment of ourselves and others. Take responsibility for your actions without hesitations. Keep calm and focus on improvements than judgements. If you are thoughtless in present then grow yourself by reading writing something positive, spend some time with friends and do regular dialogues with them. Involve yourself in the hobbies or some household work and start innovate something new in everything than thinking negative.
